Jail Receives Certificate of Compliance for 2021

The Clinton County Jail again received a Certificate of Compliance from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction through the Bureau of Adult Detention. This certificate is awarded for having met the basic requirements of the Minimum Standards noted in the Ohio Administrative Code Section 5120:1-08 and selected for the 2021 Full Service Jail Inspection.

The jail was complaint with 178 standards, 54 “Essential”, and 124 “Important”.
