Public Notice: Clinton County Courthouse Security Policy Update

Effective immediately, bags, purses, and other containers are not permitted inside the Clinton County Courthouse. Visitors are asked to secure these items in their vehicles or another safe location before entering the building.

This policy is part of our continued efforts to ensure a high level of safety and security within the Courthouse.

Exceptions:

• Attorneys may bring in necessary case files.
• All attorney bags will be subject to search by Courthouse Security Deputies.

Please note:
All visitors must continue to pass through a metal detector upon entry.
