LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the property described below is in the custody of Sheriff Ralph D. Fizer, Jr. of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, Clinton County, State of Ohio.  Said property having been lost, abandoned, stolen or lawfully seized or forfeited and is no longer needed as evidence.  All persons entitled to said property are invited to view and establish their right to it at the office of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, 1645 David’s Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. and should request to speak with Sgt. Robert Gates to arrange viewing of the items.

If said property is not claimed by December 11, 2023, the Sheriff of the Clinton County, Ohio shall make application to the Clinton County Common Pleas Court, Clinton County, Ohio for disposition of said property pursuant to Section 2933.41 of the Ohio Revised Code.
