LEGAL NOTICE

     Notice is hereby given that the property described below is in the custody of Sheriff Ralph Fizer of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, Clinton County, Ohio.  Said property having been lost, abandoned, stolen or lawfully seized or forfeited and is no longer needed as evidence.  All persons entitled to said property are invited to view and establish their right to it at the office of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, 1645 Davids Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177,  between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. and should request to speak with Det. Robert Gates to arrange viewing of the items.

    If said property is not claimed by September 23, 2022, the Sheriff of Clinton County, Ohio shall make application to the Court of Common Pleas, Clinton County, Ohio for disposition of said property pursuant to Section 2933.4l of the Ohio Revised Code.
